The project Chikitsak24 has been initiated to provide a complete Medical information systems for Bangladesh. It is a not for profit project. It is free for all who is looking for the health care, doctors, clinic or hospitals. Doctors can easily create their profil in this systems. This system they can use to manage their patients, to keep records of their patients. Patients can book doctors and see their Medical records from the past.
